I am a Licensed Texas REALTOR®  with Texas Premier Realty.  My broker’s name is Daryl Zipp.  He is a very experienced Broker with a wealth of knowledge which he shares with his agents on a daily basis.   My license number is 414691. 

Normally I help folks find property or a new home in the area Northwest of Houston, (Tomball, Spring, Magnolia, Cypress, Woodlands) as well Houston proper and other surrounding areas.

I also recently received the Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation® (SRES®) and I have a major focus on working with Retirees, Widows or Widowers, and other Seniors who may be looking to sell their homes and downsize to a smaller home or move to a Senior Living Community.  I will work with you to find your perfect Senior Living community by learning all about you and your needs and to find that new community that FITS you and get you signed up and moved in.  I can assist in locating the services you need to assist in downsizing and making the move.  This service I perform costs you nothing.  I am paid by the community you decide to move to.
